By placing an order on Girly Gloom, you agree to the following terms:

1. PRODUCTS

• All t-shirts are hand-printed and made-to-order, so slight variations or imperfections are part of the process and not considered faults.

• We also offer “Oops” t-shirts with printing imperfections sold as-is; these are non-refundable.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

• Prices are in GBP (£) and include tax.

• Payment is made via Wix Payments at the time of order.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if stock or materials are unavailable, or if we cannot fulfill your order for any reason.

3. PRE-ORDERS

• Pre-order items may take up to 4 weeks to make and ship.

• If you are on a waitlist for a pre-order, we will contact you if there are delays or changes; you may cancel your order before it is processed.

4. SHIPPING

• Delivery is via Royal Mail.

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

• You are responsible for return postage if returning an item (see Returns section).

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

• “Oops” items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of Girly Gloom and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. LIABILITY

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed events, or any issues outside our control.

• We take care with orders, but cannot guarantee delivery times or outcomes affected by third parties (e.g., Royal Mail).

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
