1. SHIPPING

• All t-shirts are hand-printed and made-to-order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.

• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking will be provided when available.

• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

• You are responsible for return postage if returning an item (see Returns section).

• For pre-order waitlists: we will keep you updated if there are any delays, and you may cancel your order before it is processed.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Any applicable taxes are included in product prices.

3. REFUNDS & RETURNS

• Made-to-order items: Non-returnable unless faulty.

• “Oops” items: Sold as-is and are non-refundable.

• Faulty items: If your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

4. HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact us at girlygloom@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Package your item securely.

3. Send it to the address we provide — you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

5. IMPORTANT NOTES

• Due to the handmade nature of screen printing, slight variations are normal and not considered faults.

• Refunds are only offered in accordance with the terms above.
