SHIPPING & REFUNDS

1. SHIPPING

  • All t-shirts are hand-printed and made-to-order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. Please see our FAQs page for more information!

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking will be provided when available.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for return postage if returning an item (see Returns section).

  • For pre-order waitlists: we will keep you updated if there are any delays, and you may cancel your order before it is processed.

 

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States (see below)

  • Europe (selected countries)

  • Canada

  • Australia

All international orders are shipped using tracked services where available.

Please note:
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Orders shipped outside the UK may experience delays due to customs clearance.

UNITED STATES

Shipping to the United States includes estimated duties and import fees. In most cases, no additional charges will be due on delivery.

In rare cases, customs authorities may apply additional charges outside of our control. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EUROPE, CANADA & AUSTRALIA)

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges once they reach the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If you are unsure, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

2. REFUNDS & RETURNS

​Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

 

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@girlygloom.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. ​

 

Returned items must be: Unworn and unused In their original condition Free from marks, stains, hair, or odours ​

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been worn or used. ​

Exemptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Items that are personalised or custom-made to your specific request

• “Oops-Tees” or seconds items, which are sold at a discount with known imperfections clearly described.

 

International Returns

For customers in the United States and other international locations, returns and refunds are offered in line with this policy.

 

While local laws may vary, we aim to provide a consistent and fair returns process for all customers. ​

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. ​

 

Please note that original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable for international orders unless required by law.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, we process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Original paid shipping costs will be included in refund.

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We always recommend Tracked shipping. ​

 

Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit company to process refunds too. If more than 15 business days have passed since approving your return, please contact us at hello@girlygloom.co.uk. ​

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days if the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and then make this right for you.​

3. HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact us at hello@girlygloom.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Package your item securely. Send it to the address we provide — the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. We kindly ask and recommend a Tracked service - we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • As each item is hand-printed, slight variations in print placement, colour, or texture are normal and do not count as faults.

  • We are not responsible for items damaged due to incorrect washing or care.
