🖤 Why is your processing time 3-4 weeks?
At this moment in time, I am unable to purchase large quantities of stocked blank t-shirts (these are the plain t-shirts that I print your order onto) in order to keep a supply at my home.
Due to this, after you have placed your order, I then purchase the exact materials and blank tees from my supplier. Deliveries from the supplier can take up to 5 working days. After quality checking supplier deliveries, I then go through the printing process from my home which can take me up-to 3 days.
The likelihood of your order taking 3-4 weeks to process is quite low, but sometimes things don't go as planned and having this extra time to make sure your item is perfect is very needed for me as a creative struggling with anxiety.
🖤 How long will my order take to arrive?
Once printed, processed and packaged, your order will be shipped as soon as possible via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Keep an eye on your mail inbox for important shipping and tracking information.

🖤 Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once on order is in production or shipped, we can't guarantee changes can be made.
🖤 Are your designs original?
I'd like to say that all of my designs are 100% original, but there are so so many creatives and incredible imaginations in the world that I'm sure I'm not the only person thinking of these ideas.
I design, draw and create everything myself, and even do Google searches to see if similar items already exist - this is to make sure I'm not accidentally doing the same as someone else already! (because I absolutely do not want to copy other people.)
If you notice an artist already making similar products, or even have any ideas of your own, I am 100% open to hearing them.
🖤 Do your products cure anxiety?
Unfortunately not :( but they do make it slightly more aesthetically pleasing.
