🖤 What is your processing time?

• For handmade stickers, my processing time is 3-5 days.

• For hand-printed items (tees & tote bags), the processing time is 3-4 weeks.

• For t-shirt dresses, the processing time is 4 weeks. This includes printing your t-shirt and making it into your custom dress!

 

🖤 Why is your processing time 3-4 weeks?

At this moment in time, I am unable to purchase large quantities of stocked blank t-shirts (these are the plain t-shirts that I print your order onto) in order to keep a supply at my home.

Due to this, after you have placed your order, I then purchase the exact materials and blank tees from my supplier. Deliveries from the supplier can take up to 5 working days. After quality checking supplier deliveries, I then go through the printing process from my home which can take me up-to 3 days. 

​

The likelihood of your order taking 3-4 weeks to process is quite low, but sometimes things don't go as planned and having this extra time to make sure your item is perfect is very needed for me as a creative struggling with anxiety.

 

🖤 "I'd like to make a Pick-Your-Print t-shirt dress, but I'm not sure where to start?"

T-shirt dresses are fully customisable items that are made to your selections and specifications! In the Step 1 and Step 2 listings you can customise your tee colour, size, graphic design, graphic colour, length of skirt, fabric options and whether you want pockets.

Make sure you add BOTH Step 1 and Step 2 listings to your basket before checking out!

SIZING

Sizes of our dresses are made from the size of the t-shirts we use.

 

Our 100% organic cotton tees are a unisex, medium feel fit - this means that they are naturally more relaxed in style. (E.g. If you are a size Medium, the Medium tee is a baggier fit. Size down to a Small for a closer fit, or size up for an oversized fit). If you choose a size Small t-shirt, your dress will be a size Small.

LENGTH

Skirt lengths are available in two sizes: Short (20") and Mini (23"). The t-shirts in our dresses are cut 4.5" underneath the armpit which creates a gorgeous high waisted dress (falling in-between bra line and belly button), the skirt begins from this point (either 20" or 23").

​

For total length reference, I am 5' 3" and choose to wear a skirt length of Short (20") - this falls to mid thigh on me. This would be shorter on anyone taller than 5' 3", and longer on anyone shorter than 5'3".

On my 5' 3" height, the Mini (23") skirt length falls to just below my knees.

​

We take great care to ensure that your dress is perfect prior to posting. Each dress is printed and made specifically for you. If you receive your Pick-Your-Print dress and are unhappy with it, please contact us via hello@girlygloom.co.uk or through Instagram to discuss options. Please note, major alterations may incur additional fees.

🖤 How long will my order take to arrive?

Once printed, processed and packaged, your order will be shipped as soon as possible via Royal Mail Tracked services selected at checkout. Keep an eye on your mail inbox for important shipping and tracking information.

​

If you are ordering from outside the UK your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

🖤 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once on order is in production or shipped, we can't guarantee changes can be made.

🖤 Are your designs original?

I'd like to say that all of my designs are 100% original, but there are so so many creatives and incredible imaginations in the world that I'm sure I'm not the only person thinking of these ideas.

​

I design, draw and create everything myself, and even do Google searches to see if similar items already exist - this is to make sure I'm not accidentally doing the same as someone else already! (because I absolutely do not want to copy other people.)

​

If you notice an artist already making similar products, or even have any ideas of your own, I am 100% open to hearing them. 

​

🖤 Do your products cure anxiety?

Unfortunately not :( but they do make it slightly more aesthetically pleasing.
